Bajaj Hind to consider rights issue

Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2011, inter alia, to take on record and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended on March 31, 2011 of the Financial Year 2010-11.Further, the Board will also consider the proposal of issue of Equity Shares on Rights basis to the existing Shareholders of the Company as on a Record Date to be decided for this purpose.Source : BSE
