Unipon India has changed the name from

Unipon India Ltd has informed BSE that the name of the Company has been changed from "Unipon (India) Ltd" to "Oasis Textiles Ltd" with effect from May 27, 2011 vide fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon the change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies.Source : BSE
