Pyramid Trading & Finance has allotted 90,41,900 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 9,04,19,000 as fully paid Bonus Shares, to the shareholders of the Company whose names appears in the Register of Members as on record date i.e. February 06, 2013.

Pyramid Trading & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2013, have accorded the following matters:- Allotment of 90,41,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 9,04,19,000/- as fully paid Bonus Shares, to the shareholders of the Company whose names appears in the Register of Members as on record date i.e. February 06, 2013.Source : BSE
