SMIFS Capital Markets Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2013, has appointed Ms. Neha Doshi, Deputy Manager - Secretarial & Legal as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 01, 2013. Ms. Neha Doshi shall hold the said office of Compliance Officer in addition to his position of Deputy Manager - Secretarial & Legal and will be designated Compliance Officer-cum- Deputy Manager - Secretarial & Legal.Source : BSE
