Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2013, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:1. Considered and approved the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2013.2. Considered the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.3. Took on record other quarterly compliances for the quarter ended on June 30, 2013.4. Approved the draft of the Annual Report including Directors Report, Notice and all other relevant annexure(s).5. Approved the appointment of Mr. Rajendra Prasad Udawat as an Additional Director of the Company w. e. f. July 31, 2013.6.
