Syncom Formulations India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 22, 2013, for making allotment of 55,76,08,700 (Fifty Five Crores Seventy Six Lakhs Eight Thousand Seven Hundred only) equity shares of Rs.1/- each as the fully paid up as Bonus shares to the existing Shareholders of the Company in proportion of 5 (Five) equity shares for every 2 (Two) equity share held by the members/beneficiaries on the record date August 20, 2013.Source : BSE
