Pondy Oxides & Chemicals at its meeting held on February 09, 2013, approved the purchase of 1.36 acres of land at G-1, Sipcot Industrial Park, Sriperumbudhur, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu for a consideration of Rs 207.50 lacs approximately for its future expansion programme.

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2013, inter alia, approved the purchase of 1.36 acres of land at G-1, Sipcot Industrial Park, Sriperumbudhur, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu for a consideration of Rs. 207.50 lacs approximately for its future expansion programme.Source : BSE
