Ashco Niulab retirement of director

Ashco Niulab Industries has informed BSE that Shri Shashin R. Shah one of the Independent Director of the Company who was liable to retire by rotation and who didn't offered himself for re-appointment, has retired by rotation. The management of the Company will appoint another independent director in due course in place of the retiring Director.
