North Eastern Carrying Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Roshan Dabriwal, the Independent Director of the Company, has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation.The Board of Directors ("the Board"), at its meeting held on March 25, 2013, has accepted his resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on March 22, 2013.Source : BSE
