According to him, colour has come to play an important role in this modern adaptation. “Homeowners are moving away from the once-dominant black granites and other dark surfaces, heeding Vastu guidance that discourages dark, heavy tones in kitchens. Instead, softer hues like ivory, beige, green, pink and pastel shades are being embraced as they are believed to attract positivity while also visually enlarging smaller spaces,” he reveals.
