A new research suggests that consuming just half a tablespoon of olive oil per day could lower the risk of dementia-related death. The study, published in JAMA Network Open, showed that people who consumed more than 7 gm of olive oil daily had notably lower rates of dementia-related mortality compared to those consuming less.
