Improves skin health: The vitamins and antioxidants in bananas, such as vitamin C and vitamin E, can help nourish the skin. Applying mashed banana topically can also hydrate and moisturise the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Supports eye health: Bananas contain small amounts of vitamin A, which is essential for maintaining normal vision. Vitamin A includes compounds that preserve the membranes around the eyes and are an element in the proteins that bring light into the corneas.
