Waking up naturally at the right time: Dan said, “If you wake up naturally at the right times without an alarm clock, this is a signal that your circadian rhythms are strong and that your body is working on a routine.”

You’re a fast walker: It’s considered a sign of healthy function, especially in the lower body. “Studies actually show that fast walkers have a significantly lower risk of death, heart disease, and diabetes, and they tend to live longer than slow walkers due to their better health, better fitness, and better cardiovascular health.”

Feeling hungry in the morning: According to Dan, waking up feeling hungry is a good sign “because it indicates that your digestion, metabolism, and hormone function, especially when it comes to ghrelin, insulin, and cortisol, are working properly after an overnight fast.”
