Yash wraps Mumbai shoot of Toxic, final shoot in Bengaluru this September

Kannada superstar Yash has officially wrapped the Mumbai schedule of his highly anticipated film Toxic. After an intense 45-day shoot in the city, the production is now set to shift base to Bengaluru, where the final leg of filming will take place later this month. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film also stars Kiara Advani as the leading lady, marking her first collaboration with Yash.

According to reports, the Mumbai stretch was the most challenging and ambitious part of the production so far. Shot across Madh Island and Film City in Goregaon, the schedule featured some of the film’s biggest and most elaborate action sequences. The makers experimented with a mix of Geetu Mohandas’s unique storytelling style and JJ Perry’s design-heavy action choreography. Sources close to the team revealed that Yash pushed himself through some raw and brutal sequences, promising audiences an adrenaline-filled cinematic experience.

With the Mumbai leg wrapped, the crew is preparing for the Bengaluru schedule, expected to start in the last week of September. This final stretch will include some of the most important sequences of the film. Interestingly, before resuming the shoot, Yash is scheduled to travel to London for discussions on international partnerships tied to Toxic. Once back, he will join the crew in Bengaluru to complete the remaining portions.
