Deshpande's career in the film industry is decorated with numerous popular films. Some of her notable Marathi movies include "Manacha Kunku" (1981), "Katha" (1983), "Aaj Jhale Mukt Mi" (1986), "Aai Shapath...!" (2006), "Chiranjeev" (2016), and "Dhondi" (2017). She also worked in the 2019 release "Singham" which further showcased her versatility as an actress. Apart from her film roles, Suhasini Deshpande was also known for her outstanding performances in plays, where she portrayed various characters with grace and depth. Her roles in plays like "Akolecha Kandhachi," "Rajkaran Gel Chulit," and "Saasubai's Aasaan Asatein" earned her immense respect and admiration.
