Aamir Ali also observed how Virat Kohli's face lights up when he talks about his family. Aamir Ali is currently working in Hansal Mehta's Lootere on Disney+ Hotstar.

TV actor Aamir Ali recently spoke about his exciting collaboration with star Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. In an interview with Zoom TV, Aamir shared some details not just about the collaboration but also about Kohli's family life, specifically his son Akaay Kohli. Akaay, born earlier this year in February, is Virat and his wife Anushka Sharma's second child. Anushka Sharma is a well-known Bollywood actress. The couple also has an older daughter named Vamika. Both children are kept out of the public eye as Virat and Anushka prefer to maintain their privacy.

Aamir Ali expressed his admiration for how Virat Kohli lights up when talking about his family. "We did have a chat about cricket, but when he spoke about his family, he had a different spark on his face. He showed me his daughter's photo and also spoke about Anushka. He had a different spark on his face. That was the most endearing thing I liked about him," Aamir revealed.

During the conversation, Aamir also commented on Akaay, noting, "Akaay is damn cute. I told him it's good that you've kept them away. It's Anushka's decision to keep the kids away (from the media and fans). Kids have to be. But he's so golu molu and a cute pie, god bless him."

The actor had previously shared a picture of himself with Kohli on his Instagram, hinting at their collaboration. This partnership comes at a time when Virat had taken a break from cricket earlier in the year. He missed the entire Test series against England to be in London with his wife and daughter for the birth of Akaay. However, Virat returned to cricket to play in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

In this IPL season, Virat Kohli has been performing exceptionally well. Despite some criticism regarding his strike rate, he remains the highest run-scorer of the season so far. In just 10 matches, he has scored 500 runs, which includes four half-centuries and one century. His strike rate stands at 147.49, and he boasts an average of 71.43. He played a significant role in a memorable game for his team, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), against Gujarat Titans, where he scored 70 runs in 44 balls.
