Tejasswi Prakash's resilient rise: Overcoming rejection and teasing to become a television sensation

Tejasswi's early life - Tejasswi was born in UAE and probably that is the reason she loves the country so much. Her social media handle is proof of how many times she visits and explores the country. Having pursued her education in Mumbai in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications, she never thought about becoming an actor and infact had a conventional job.

Tejasswi was bullied - During her college days, she pursued modelling and this resulted in her falling victim to a lot of teasing. She was mocked and made fun of. It was in a college festival where she participated and cleaned the stage which further resulted in embarrassment.

Tejasswi became headstrong - Tejasswi had enough of it and decided to participate in a pageant and this lead her to new avenues. She became a part of TV show Swaragini which was her debut.

The rise of Tejasswi's career - Tejasswi won Bigg Boss 15, participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi season 10, Celebrity MasterChef and also did quite some fiction projects including Naagin.

Tejasswi faced rejections - Tejasswi soon realised that the film industry is two faces and this is something which alot of television actors go through. She has been quite vocal about this in her interviews.
