The actress showed her appreciation for the two by sharing a sweet story from Sonam Kapoor's birthday party.
Swara shared a photo of the couple along with a caption that immediately went viral, capturing a sweet moment. Her remark, "The only royalty I recognise," was an obvious and loving homage to Kareena and Saif, highlighting their timeless appeal and significant role in Bollywood.
Sonam Kapoor celebrated her 40th birthday in grand style, dazzling attendees in a striking black outfit for her party. The celebration saw a gathering of numerous prominent Bollywood personalities, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, and Anshula Kapoor, all of whom enjoyed the festive evening as the Aisha actress marked her milestone birthday.

On the work front, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja last appeared in the 2023 film Blind, which she had filmed prior to becoming pregnant. The actress paused her acting career. She made the decision to put her career on hold after she and her husband, Anand Ahuja, welcomed their son, Vayu.
She did, however, state in 2023 that she would return for her upcoming movie, Battle of Bittora, which is based on the book by Anuja Chauhan.
