The makers of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari finally unveiled the much-awaited trailer on Monday, and it has already created quite a buzz among audiences.
Dharma Productions shared the trailer on Instagram. Hemled by Shashank Khaitan, the film is expected to be a total Bollywood drama with lots of emotions, laughter, drama and more.
Varun Dhawan as Sunny in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is also seen in his trademark character with more energy and witty comic style. On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor gives off a fresh vibe as Tulsi Kumari, different from most of her previous roles.
As seen in the trailer video, the Dharma Production's film is full of vibrant masala dance sequences, one-liners, Indian family-drama and high dose of humour.
Sunny, played by Varun Dhawan, pops the question to Ananya, played by Sanya Malhotra, in a dramatic, extravagant proposal at the start of the story. The proposal appears to be taken directly from Baahubali, in typical Bollywood fashion. Sunny is devastated and humiliated when Ananya surprises him with a rejection instead of saying yes.
Similarly, Tulsi (Janhvi Kapoor) is also seen facing a major heartbreak after her lover Vikram (Rohit Saraf) reveals that he won't be able to marry her. Due to this unforeseen development, Sunny and Tulsi are forced to unite behind a common goal: to win back their respective partners. Sparks fly as they start making plans and spending time together.
The main question the movie poses is whether Sunny still wants to be with Ananya or if he is gradually coming to terms with the fact that Tulsi now has his heart. This dramatic and humorous love triangle serves as the central theme of the film.
The film's ensemble cast includes Maniesh Paul, Rohit Saraf, Akshay Oberoi, and Sanya Malhotra.

Additionally, the trailer shows that the plot is further enhanced by the parallel storyline involving Rohit and Sanya. Music plays a crucial role in the film, and from what the trailer suggests, the songs are full of energy, colour, and rhythm.
Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari arrives on the big screen on October 2. It is produced by Dharma Productions.
