Born on May 15, 1973, in New Delhi, Shiney attended some of the most prestigious schools, including St. Xavier’s Senior Secondary School and Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan. He later graduated from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and pursued engineering at R.V. College of Engineering in Bangalore. Coming from an army background, with his father being a lieutenant in the Indian Army, Shiney's disciplined upbringing and early education shaped him into a versatile individual, ready to take on the challenges of any field.
