Actress Shilpa Shetty often flaunts her strength and fitness on her social media. However, the actress is currently winning her followers’ hearts with the videos and photos of her recent visit to her hometown, Mangalore. The actress reconnected with her heritage, sharing her roots and culture with her loved ones.
Shilpa took to her Instagram and shared a video montage featuring a series of photos and video from her trip to Mangalore. She was accompanied by her husband, Raj Kundra, kids Viaan and Samiksha, sister Shamita, and mom Sunanda Shetty.
Alongside the video, Shilpa wrote in the caption, “There’s a sense of peace in going back to where you come from. Traditions that transcend time, faith that strengthens the soul— Watching my kids and husband embrace this legacy and soak in the faith is a blessing in itself.” She added, “Thankyou @onlyrajkundra for all your love and unconditional support. Surrender to FAITH and see miracles happen.”
Shilpa looked stunning in a yellow and pink saree. Raj complimented Shilpa in a traditional Kurta and dhoti look. However, the actress’ kids also sported traditional outfits.
Previously, she offered prayers at the Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple in Kateel, a temple town situated east of Mangalore, in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. The actress was born in a Tulu-speaking family in Mangalore, Karnataka, she proudly embraces her South Indian upbringing.
On the work front, Shilpa Shetty was last seen in the Rohit Shetty action series Indian Police Force on Prime Video. She essayed the role of a Delhi Police Special Cell Chief Tara Shetty IPS. However, she is expected to be next seen in Lahore 1947 and KD – The Devil.
