South Asia is set to dazzle as Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan headlines the much-anticipated grand opening of City of Dreams Sri Lanka on August 2, 2025. The legendary actor, affectionately known as “King Khan,” will be the guest of honor at the exclusive, invite-only launch event of South Asia’s first luxury integrated resort.

A landmark collaboration between John Keells Holdings and Melco Resorts & Entertainment, City of Dreams Sri Lanka marks a transformative moment for the region’s hospitality and entertainment sectors. The resort’s unveiling also launches its signature campaign, “Let’s Go, Let Go” — a celebration of indulgence, freedom, and next-level luxury.
