Sana Khan, who famously left the glitzy world of showbiz to embrace a devout Islamic lifestyle, recently opened up about her transformative journey on Rubina Dilaik's podcast show, Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi. She candidly spoke about her struggles and the pivotal moments that led her to make such a profound life change.

In the podcast, Sana Khan discussed the internal conflict she faced while transitioning from wearing traditional, full-sleeved dresses to more revealing outfits during her time in the entertainment industry. She recounted her transformation with a mixture of regret and introspection, saying, "Main apne aap se sawaal karne lag gayi ki main khush kyu nahi hoon. My journey from full sleeves to backless, mujhe pata hi nahi laga ki shaitan ne as a woman mujhe nanga kab kar diya. (I started to question why I am not happy. I could not understand when when satan made me naked as a woman.)"

"Salwar kameez pehen ke, tel lagake college jaane wali ladki, when did I reach this short skirt, backless stage, ye sochke mujhe rona aa gaya, (I started crying thinking when did the girl going to college wearing salwar kameez and applying oil in her hair reached this short skirt, backless stage)," she added.

Her journey into the entertainment industry brought about a lifestyle that starkly contrasted with the modest upbringing she had known. The pressure to conform to the industry's standards led her to wear clothes that made her feel uncomfortable and disconnected from her true self.

Sana also heaped praise on her husband saying he is a diamond in the coalmine.
