Filmmakers Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K., popularly known as Raj & DK, are gearing up for Netflix’s first-ever action-fantasy series, Rakt Bramhand – The Bloody Kingdom.
The shooting of the film is currently underway, and the team is now gearing up for an intense outdoor leg that will showcase the show’s action-packed core.
Fans have been eagerly anticipating the new series, especially after the filmmaker duo unveiled the gripping first look poster.
Creator duo Raj & DK shared an exciting update on the filming of the upcoming ambitious epic project and shared that it has multiple schedules, and they have already finished most of their indoor scenes. However, now the crew are preparing for their next big schedule, which will be shot outdoors.
Raj & DK said, “This is an ambitious epic project unfolding over multiple schedules. We finished most of our indoor talkie schedule, and we are now prepping for the next big schedule that is mostly outdoors and action. The plan is to wait for the rains to clear for a suitable filming window. We also need lush greens for this period piece. So yeah, we are prepping for the next big action schedule.”

The upcoming action-fantasy series features an ensemble cast, including Aditya Roy Kapur, Samatha Ruth Prabhu, Ali Fazal and Wamiqa Gabbi.
The upcoming series is set against the backdrop of a mythical kingdom and is expected to be a gripping combination of large-scale action with an edge-of-the-seat narrative.
