Pushpa 2: The Rule has made an incredible start at the box office, breaking several records and becoming one of the biggest blockbusters of 2024. It has already earned a massive Rs 175.1 crore (nett) in India on its first day, making it the biggest opener of all time in India.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala shared that Pushpa 2 has become the all-time biggest Day 1 opener in India, and early estimates suggest that it could even surpass the opening day collections of RRR, which earned Rs 223 crore on its release day. The cast of Pushpa 2 features Allu Arjun in the lead role, continuing his iconic portrayal of the character Pushpa Raj.
