Preity Zinta has sold her Bandra apartment in the Parishram building for Rs 14.08 crore. The deal, registered on November 21, 2025, is documented in records accessed by CME Matrix. The actor had purchased the flat in 2023 for Rs 17.01 crore from Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) and transferred ownership this month to buyer Vishal Kalyan Mirchanandi.
The apartment is located on the 11th floor and measures about 1,474 square feet. It includes two parking spaces. The sale was recorded at a lower price than the original purchase, reflecting a depreciation of nearly Rs 3 crore. According to a Hindustan Times report, sources close to the actor said she plans to reinvest the amount into another luxury property.
The transaction comes at a time when several Bollywood personalities are actively reorganising their real-estate portfolios. In recent months, actors have been buying and selling high-value properties across Mumbai. Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have been among the notable names, with Amitabh recently selling two adjoining flats in Goregaon for Rs 12 crore.
Real-estate investments continue to remain a significant part of celebrity asset planning. Frequent property transactions indicate a broader trend of diversifying earnings beyond films and brand endorsements. In this context, Preity Zinta’s latest sale aligns with the steady movement of film industry figures toward long-term real-estate strategies.
Preity Zinta emerged as one of Bollywood’s most recognisable faces in the late 1990s and early 2000s. After her debut in Dil Se and Soldier, she quickly became known for her natural screen presence and the confident, relatable characters she played. She delivered celebrated performances in films like Kal Ho Naa Ho, Veer-Zaara, Koi Mil Gaya and Lakshya, balancing commercial hits with critically acclaimed roles. Her work often stood out for its energy, emotional clarity and strong-willed portrayals of women. Over time, she expanded into international projects, production and entrepreneurship, while continuing to remain an influential figure in Indian cinema.
