After his shows in Gujarat were cancelled due to public backlash, additional precautions have now been advised for his upcoming performances.

According to reports, a member of Samay Raina's legal team visited the Khar police station on Tuesday evening to represent him. She informed the authorities that Samay is currently away on his tour but assured them that he would fully cooperate with the ongoing inquiry.

As per a reports from Indian Express, The police are also planning to reach out to BookMyShow to obtain information about the individuals who purchased tickets and attended the show. They aim to determine if anyone in the audience, particularly any women, felt offended, uncomfortable, or that their dignity was compromised during the performance, where allegedly inappropriate jokes were made. An officer stated that the investigation will focus on whether any such feelings of distress occurred during the event.
