Now, he's set to appear in 'The Greatest Of All Time', opposite actress Meenakshi Chaudhary, a film directed by Venkat Prabhu, where rumours suggest he's bumped his fee up to Rs 200 crore to play a soldier.

Furthermore, there's buzz about Vijay teaming up with director H Vinoth for a political satire. H Vinoth is known for his work with Thala Ajith in movies like 'Nerkonda Parvaai' and 'Valimai'. It's reported that for this new project, Vijay's fee has skyrocketed to Rs 250 crore.

In Vijay's films, his payment usually accounts for 75 percent of the production cost. With this new film, he's ranked as the second highest-paid actor in Tamil cinema, just behind the legendary Rajinikanth.
