Sonakshi Sinha is in news for her rumoured wedding with longtime boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal. Nothing has been confirmed by the actress or her family including politician dad Shatrughan Sinha.
Now, Sonakshi in an interview with iDiva has spoken about all the reports that are doing the rounds.
There are reports that the wedding will be a two-day affair to be held in Mumbai and the wedding is on June 23.
She told the website: "Firstly, it’s nobody’s business. Secondly, it is my choice, so I don’t know why people are so concerned about it. People ask me about my marriage more than my parents, so I find that very funny. Now, I am just used to it. It doesn’t bother me. People are curious, what can we do about it?”
Sonakshi's father, veteran actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha had told Times Now that he wasn't aware of his daughter's wedding.
Her brother, Luv Sinha also addressed the speculation surrounding his sister's rumoured wedding to actor Zaheer Iqbal.
In an exclusive interview with TOI, Luv Sinha made it clear that he has no involvement in the matter. "I have no comment or involvement in the matter," he said when asked about the impending wedding.
The speculation about Sonakshi Sinha's relationship with Zaheer Iqbal has been a topic of interest for some time.
Reports suggest that the wedding invitations have already been distributed to close friends, family members, and the entire cast of 'Heeramandi,' a web series Sonakshi is part of.
A report notes that the wedding invitation is crafted to resemble a magazine cover, with prominent text affirming, "the rumours are true." Despite these reports, no official confirmation has been made regarding the wedding.
