Despite the buzz around the possibility of cosmetic surgery, Rao disclosed that he has never undergone such procedures. He did, however, admit to using fillers about nine years ago to enhance his facial features.

This decision was influenced by the criticism he faced about his looks early in his career. "When I started out, people would comment on my looks. So yes, around eight to nine years back, I did get fillers. I did it to feel better and look better so that my face looks balanced. It was prescribed by my dermatologist," he explained. Rao expressed support for anyone considering similar treatments to boost their confidence, emphasizing that there is nothing wrong with such choices.
