Anurag Basu’s Metro... In Dino continues its steady momentum at the box office. The film has recently registered a slight dip on its sixth day.
According to Sacknik, Metro... In Dino earned Rs 2.25 crore net in India with an occupancy of 8.37% morning show, 15.06% afternoon show, 16.33% evening and 18.61% night show.
The total box office collection of the film now stands at Rs 24.50 crore net in India. The film is expected to struggle more in the coming weekend as some of the biggest titles are also releasing this Friday.
The musical romance drama was released in the theatres with positive reviews and decent numbers. The film earned Rs 3.5 crore on its opening day. However, the film registered a significant surge at the box office collection during its first weekend, adding Rs 6 crore on Saturday and Rs 7.25 crore on Sunday net in India.
The recently released film stars Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles alongside Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, and Ali Fazal in pivotal roles. Directed by Anurag Basu, the film is a prequel to the 2007 film Life in a... Metro.

The film explores the many shades and complexities of love in urban life, delivering an emotional yet grounded cinematic experience that has clearly struck a chord with audiences.
The film features four stories of different couples set in four metro cities in India- Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore. However, all four stories are set to connect with each other at some point in the film.
