Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor Vikas Sethi's demise on Sunday, September 8 has shook the entertainment industry and fans alike. The beloved actor passed away at the age of 48 after suffering from cardiac arrest. The last rites of Vikas Sethi was held on Monday, September 9.
The last rites were perfomed in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. Several industry colleagues, including Hiten Tejwani and Sharad Kelkar, joined the actor’s family members in paying their respects.
Several other prominent television personalities, including Shabir Ahluwalia, Anupamaa actress Jaswir Kaur, and Deepak Tijori, known for his role in Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikander, were among those who attended the final rites of the actor.
Vikas Sethi is survived by his wife, Jhanvi Sethi, and their twin sons.

While talking to PTI, Vikas's wife Jhanvi Sethi said that they had traveled to Nashik to attend a family function. After arriving at her mother's house, he experienced vomiting and loose motions. Despite his condition, he was reluctant to go to the hospital, so they had a doctor visit their home instead. When Jhanvi went to wake him up around 6 am on Sunday, she discovered that he had passed away. The doctor informed them that he had died in his sleep due to a cardiac arrest.
He is popularly known as Robbie from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Abir Raj Bhasin in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. He is also remembered for his supporting roles in daily soaps like Kahiin to Hoga, Kasautii Zindagi Kay and Sasural Simar Ka.
