Season 4 of Bridgerton, which is officially returning, promises to be another heartwarming story of love and longing.
The upcoming season, which will centre on the free-spirited Benedict Bridgerton and his enigmatic new muse, Sophie Baek, has been teased by Netflix along with its premiere dates.
The fan-favourite period drama will unfold in two parts: the first four episodes debut on 29 January 2026, with the final four arriving a month later, on 26 February 2026.
According to Netflix’s description, “‘Bridgerton’ turns its focus to bohemian second son Benedict. Despite his elder and younger brothers both being happily married, Benedict is loath to settle down — until he meets a captivating Lady in Silver at his mother’s masquerade ball.”
Season 4 stars Luke Thompson as the charming and artistic Benedict Bridgerton, opposite Yerin Ha as Sophie Baek, the elusive Lady in Silver who sweeps him off his feet. Returning cast members include familiar faces like Jonathan Bailey as Anthony Bridgerton, Nicola Coughlan as Penelope Bridgerton, Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury, Julie Andrews as the ever-scheming Lady Whistledown, and Golda Rosheuvel as the majestic Queen Charlotte.
Other beloved Bridgertons and ton regulars will also be back — Ruth Gemmell as Violet Bridgerton, Claudia Jessie as Eloise, Luke Newton as Colin, Hannah Dodd as Francesca, and Florence Hunt as Hyacinth. The ensemble is rounded out by Victor Alli as Lord John Stirling, Masali Baduza as Michaela Stirling, Martins Imhangbe as Will Mondrich, Emma Naomi as Alice Mondrich, and Polly Walker as Portia Featherington.
Joining the lavish world of Regency London this season are Simone Ashley as Kate Bridgerton, Isabella Wei as Posy Li, Michelle Mao as Rosamund Li, and Katie Leung as Lady Araminta Gun.
Season 4 marks a pivotal moment for the series, reaching the halfway point of Netflix’s grand plan to adapt all eight of Julia Quinn’s beloved novels. With Seasons 5 and 6 already confirmed, there’s still plenty of passion and scandal to come from the Bridgerton clan.
The latest teaser suggests another wild season, complete with glittering gowns, forbidden encounters, masked balls, and jaw-dropping looks.
As Lady Whistledown herself would say, love is set to return to the forefront of Mayfair's grand halls.
