Boney Kapoor remembers Sridevi on her 62nd birthday with throwback photos: "We are still reliving all your happy birthdays"

Veteran late actress Sridevi would have been celebrating her 62nd birthday today. However, Sridevi’s husband and film producer, Boney Kapoor, recalled the veteran actor in a touching tribute.

Boney Kapoor took to his Instagram and shared a throwback photo from her film English Vinglish. He penned in the caption, “Yesssss You are not 62 today. You are 26… Happy birthday we are still reliving all your happy birthdays.”
In another post, Boney Kapoor shared a throwback photo of Sridevi and himself from her birthday party. In the pic, the veteran actress seems to be playfully scolding Boney.

Alongside the photo, he penned in the caption, “In 1990 her birthday party in chennai when I wished her happy 26th birthday while it was her 27th birthday to make her feel that she had gone younger & it was a compliment , that with every passing day she is getting younger but she taught I was teasing her.”

However, Boney Kapoor also celebrated the milestone moment of Sridevi’s 2012 film English Vinglish and revealed in a separate post, “English Vinglish in Japan is among the top 5 Grosser Indian film.”
Boney Kapoor frequently shared photos of Sridevi, who died due to accidental drowning in a hotel bathtub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on February 24, 2018, at the age of 54 years.

The late actor enjoyed an illustrious career across Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu cinema, earning the title of Indian cinema’s first female superstar. Celebrated for her versatility and captivating screen presence, she became an enduring icon whose legacy still inspires.
