One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “#Thamma misfires, underwhelming. The audio teaser had me more hyped then this trailer.”
Another added, “#Thamma trailer looks very abrupt, quality of trailer is high interms of visuals and story. Exciting one for the diwali festival. There should have been another movie in diwali because thamma doesn’t have any star value faced actor.”

A third person tweeted, “Maddock, You literally had such a great song in the announcement video of Thama titled rahe na rahe ham but you went with cringe dami un gerr in the trailer. Disappointed!”
“ThammaTrailer Disappointed #Thamma trailer is big letdown. Not a single scare throughout, instead it’s filled with lame jokes and forced meme comedy. The VFX looks weak, the story feels missing, and the whole vibe falls flat,” added another.
