Tamannaah Bhatia has long been admired for her acting prowess and enviable fitness levels. Known for balancing her busy shooting schedules with an active lifestyle, the actress has always emphasised health over quick fixes. Now, her fitness trainer, Siddhartha Singh, has shared three simple yet powerful habits that can help anyone lose 5–10 kilograms in 3 months without relying on fad diets or shortcuts.

Siddhartha, who has been training Tamannaah for years, believes that sustainable weight loss is rooted in building healthy routines, not temporary sacrifices. He explains that success comes from consistency and commitment to small, smart changes in everyday life.

According to Siddhartha, the first step toward effective fat loss is maintaining a high-protein diet. He advises including a good source of protein in every meal — whether it’s eggs, lentils, chicken, paneer, tofu, or fish. “Protein keeps you full for longer and reduces the urge to snack unnecessarily,” he said. It also supports muscle repair and growth, which becomes even more important when you’re working out regularly.

The second habit might seem simple but is often overlooked — hydration. “Many times, we mistake thirst for hunger,” Siddhartha noted. Drinking enough water throughout the day helps control cravings and prevents overeating. He recommends sipping water before meals and whenever hunger strikes. Proper hydration also boosts metabolism and energy levels, making it easier to stay active and alert.
