Bollywood star Ajay Devgn has expanded his footprint in the exhibition space with the launch of a state-of-the-art Devgn CineX multiplex at Bellona Tower, The Walk, Hiranandani Estate in Thane. The premium theatre officially opened on March 18, aiming to redefine the movie-going experience with cutting-edge technology and luxury.
The newly launched multiplex features five advanced screens with a total seating capacity of 953, designed to offer audiences a high-end entertainment experience. One of its standout highlights is the luxury all-recliner auditorium named “Amor,” which enhances comfort while watching films.
Taking innovation a step further, the theatre introduces Buttkicker motion seat technology for the first time in India. This feature synchronises seat vibrations with on-screen action, allowing viewers to physically feel the intensity of scenes, making the experience more immersive and engaging.
The multiplex will begin operations on March 19 with screenings of Dhurandhar: The Revenge, one of the most anticipated Bollywood releases of the year. The strategic launch alongside a big-ticket film is expected to attract massive footfall and cinema enthusiasts eager to experience films in a premium setting.)

Devgn CineX currently operates 57 screens across 19 locations, with a presence in cities including Bhuj, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Guwahati, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Kanpur, and Mumbai, with the latest launch at The Walk, Hiranandani Estate.
