Beyond addressing Maniac, Chandra’s petition seeks a complete ban on obscene Bhojpuri and Hindi songs, arguing that such content negatively impacts society, especially young girls. She expressed concerns that the lyrics in these songs contribute to an unsafe environment for school-going girls and called for legal action against artists promoting vulgarity.
