Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressing a sankalp rally in Delhi's RK Puram said that BJP will ensure that by March 8, women start receiving Rs 2,500 as promised by the party. He also expressed confidence on the saffron party forming the next government in the national capital.

"'Hum dekh rahe hain ki voting se pehale hi, jhaadu ke tinke bikhar rahe hain' (the straws of the broom are scattering'). Leaders of 'AAP-da' are leaving it, they know that people are angry with 'AAP-da', they (people) hate this party," he added.
