According to the 2024 data from the Ministry of External Affairs, out of the total 1.3 million Indian students studying abroad, 185,000 were in the UK.
The QS World University Rankings 2026 features four universities in the top ten, namely Imperial College London (2nd), University of Oxford (4th), University of Cambridge (6th), and UCL (9th).
