TNDTE Typewriting Result Declared for August 2025 Exam; Here's how to check your results on tndtegteonline.in

The Department of Technical Education (DOTE), Chennai, has announced the results for the Government Technical Examinations (GTE) in Typewriting held in August 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results on the official website www.tndtegteonline.in.

According to the official data released by DOTE, a total of 1,80,743 candidates registered for the Typewriting exam this year, out of which 1,74,567 appeared. Among them, 1,10,884 candidates passed the examination, taking the overall pass percentage to 63.52%. The results show that 47,098 candidates secured distinction, 42,487 achieved first class, and 21,299 obtained second class. Meanwhile, 63,473 candidates were declared unsuccessful.

1. Go to the official website tndtegteonline.in.


2. On the homepage, click on the link that says “TNDTE Typewriting Result August 2025.”


3. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY) in the given fields.


4. Click on “Show Result” to view your marks.


5. Download and take a printout of your result for future reference.

The GTE Typewriting exams were conducted on 30 and 31 August 2025 for various grades, including Pre-Junior, Junior, Senior, and High Speed. These examinations are held every year by the Tamil Nadu Department of Technical Education to assess the typing proficiency of candidates in English and Tamil languages.
