The Bihar Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) Joint Entrance Examination 2025 begins today, August 26, marking the start month-long process for aspiring teachers in the state.

The exam will be held in two distinct phases across multiple districts. From August 26 to September 13 (excluding August 31 and September 5), the test will be conducted at 19 centers in Patna, Bhojpur, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Saharsa, Munger, and Purnia. The exam timings for this phase are:

Candidates must report to the examination center well in advance. The entry gate will be closed 30 minutes before the exam's scheduled start time. No candidate will be permitted entry after this deadline under any circumstances.

In a significant directive, wearing shoes is strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Candidates must wear open footwear like slippers or chappals.
