Ex-GitHub chief Thomas Dohmke launches Entire with $60 mn seed to tackle agent era coding

The funding round values Entire at $300 million and also includes individual investments from industry leaders such as Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel, and Y Combinator head Garry Tan.

Thomas Dohmke, who previously led GitHub, announced on February 10 the launch of a new company called Entire, positioning it as a next-generation developer platform focused on agent-to-human collaboration.

Entire has raised a $60 million seed round, led by Felicis, with participation from Madrona, M12, and Basis Set, as well as investments from several industry leaders.

The company, in a release, said this is the largest seed investment ever raised in the developer tools segment.

Alongside the funding announcement, Entire is also shipping its first product.
