Vivian Jenna Wilson, Elon Musk’s transgender daughter, has alleged that her estranged father opted for sex-selective in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) to secure male heirs. She stated that she spent years struggling against imposed masculinity, only to discover later that it stemmed from a calculated decision.
Taking to Instagram’s Threads, Vivian questioned the legality of sex-selective IVF, writing, “How the f**k is it legal?”
She further stated, “My assigned sex at birth was a commodity that was bought and paid for.”

Elaborating on her experience, the 20-year-old added, “So when I was feminine as a child and then turned out to be transgender, I was going against the product that was sold. That expectation of masculinity that I had to rebel against all my life was a monetary transaction. A monetary transaction. A monetary transaction.”
Elon Musk has not yet responded to his daughter’s accusation.
Over the past 20 years, Musk has fathered 14 children with four different women. His children include Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno, Arcadia, Seldon Lycurgus, and a child with St Clair.
His first child, Nevada, was born to his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, but passed away at just 10 weeks old. Following this tragedy, the couple turned to IVF and had five more children.
Among them, their eldest twin came out as a transgender woman at 18. In 2022, Xavier Musk legally changed her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson, adopting her mother’s surname to distance herself from Musk.
In her name change filing, she cited “gender identity” as a reason and stated her desire to be “unrelated to her biological father in any way, shape or form.”
Speaking about Vivian’s transition, Musk previously said in an interview, “I lost my son, essentially… My son Xavier is dead, killed by the woke mind virus… so I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that.”
