Pakistan’s law enforcement agencies reportedly conducted a major raid on the central offices of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) in Lahore, confiscating a large quantity of gold, foreign currency, and electronic devices.

The operation, states a CNN-News18 report, was carried out by a joint task force including the Punjab Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), and other intelligence agencies.

As per the report, several TLP members were taken into custody during the action, shortly after the party postponed a planned protest until Friday.

Officials have also recovered 2 kilograms of gold and significant amounts of US dollars, euros, and Indian rupees, with the total estimated value of the seized assets reaching PKR 72 crore (720 million Pakistani Rupees).
