Former First Lady Jill Biden, wife of ex-President Joe Biden, is facing criticism following his prostate cancer diagnosis. Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of President Donald Trump, raised eyebrows by questioning how Dr. Jill Biden "missed" a stage five metastatic cancer, suggesting she was responsible for a "cover-up."
"What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???" Trump Jr wrote in the post on X.
He also shared post by Dr. Steven Quay, the CEO of Atossa Genetics which read, "Prostate cancer is the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to watch it progress to bone metastases. The PSA blood test shows the rate of cancer cell growth. For even with the most aggressive form, it is a 5-7 year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic. Meaning, it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and be first diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025.”
The doctor also added that it is “highly likely” that Biden was “carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed.”

After the personal office of President Joe Biden issued a statement on Sunday saying that the 82-year-old former president has been diagnosed with prostate cancer with a stage five metastasis.
An old video of Biden is going viral in which he is seemingly admitting to having cancer in 2022.
The viral clip is from Biden's press confrrence held on July 20, 2022 in Somerset, Massachusetts, in which he is discussing the environmental impact of oil pollution in Delaware.
“That’s why I, and so damn many other people I grew up with, have cancer,” Biden said at the time. The White House had later dismissed the his statement and called it a “gaffe,” clarifying he had been referring to past skin cancer treatments, not an active diagnosis.
Other users echoed similar sentiments. One viral post accused the administration of lying, claiming: “Advanced prostate cancer takes +10 years to develop… You’re telling me that the best doctors… did not find Biden’s cancer in all these years of testing? Bullshit. This is the worst coverup in the history of the Presidency.”
President Donald Trump also responded to the news of President Biden's cancer diagnosis, stating that he and First Lady Melania Trump are "saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis." Trump posted on Truth Social: "We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery."
