Goa is set to redefine its tourism landscape with the launch of four transformative projects aimed at blending culture, sustainability, and community engagement. The foundation stone laying ceremony, attended by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah, Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, and Tourism Minister Shri Rohan A. Khaunte, marks a significant step toward making Goa a year-round experiential tourism hub.

The four upcoming projects promise to diversify Goa’s tourism offerings while promoting local heritage, entrepreneurship, and environmental conservation.

1. Town Square, Porvorim

The Town Square in Porvorim will serve as a vibrant public space, combining landscaped gardens, walking trails, amphitheatres, and open-air event zones. Designed to enhance both the quality of life for residents and the urban leisure experience for visitors, the Town Square aims to set a new benchmark for smart urban tourism spaces in Goa.
