Vivo is gearing up to launch its X300 series in India soon, after already unveiling it in China and global markets. The company has now teased a brand-new Red colour for the standard Vivo X300, and reports say this shade will be exclusive to the Indian market.
A microsite on the Vivo India website confirms that the vanilla X300 will definitely come in this Red colour option. The page also highlights key specifications for both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, and they seem to match the models already launched globally earlier this year.
Both Indian variants will feature MediaTek’s latest 3nm Dimensity 9500 chipset. This powerful processor will be paired with Vivo’s Pro Imaging VS1 chip and the V3+ imaging chip for better camera performance. The phones will run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box.
The Vivo X300 Pro will pack a Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera system, including a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 200-megapixel telephoto camera. Up front, it carries a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 selfie camera in a neat hole-punch cutout.
The standard Vivo X300 also gets a Zeiss-powered triple rear camera setup. It includes a 200-megapixel HPB main camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel Sony telephoto lens with OIS, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide sensor. Selfies are handled by the same 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front camera found on the Pro model.
