Vivo is all set to launch its highly anticipated X300 series in India on December 2, 2025, and leaks have already revealed the expected pricing for both models. The new phones are shaping up as premium flagships, with features and specs aimed at users who want top-end performance and advanced cameras.

According to the leaks, the base Vivo X300 with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage could be priced around Rs 75,999. The mid-tier 12GB + 512GB variant may cost about Rs 81,999, while the top-end 16GB + 512GB model could be around Rs 85,999. The X300 Pro is expected to come with a higher price tag, reportedly Rs 1,09,999 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. These figures suggest Vivo is positioning the X300 series firmly in the premium segment, above the previous X200 models.

Under the hood, both phones are expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, a 3nm processor that promises strong performance for gaming, multitasking, and demanding apps. The standard X300 may feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pro version could offer a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED panel with the same refresh rate, giving users smooth visuals and adaptive performance.

Battery life looks solid as well. The X300 is said to pack a 6,040mAh cell with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging support. The X300 Pro could come with a slightly bigger 6,510mAh battery while retaining the same fast-charging features, which should keep the phones running through a full day of heavy use.
