Vivo has expanded its T4 series in India today, with the introduction of the Vivo T4 Ultra smartphone. It is aimed at users who want a slim design without missing out on battery life, performance, or camera quality. The phone ships with a 50MP OIS periscope lens with 10x telephoto macro mode, which is claimed to be the first in the segment. It is also equipped with several AI-backed tools and comes with Google's Circle to Search feature.
Vivo T4 Ultra: Price, availability
The Vivo T4 Ultra has a starting price of Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB + 256GB option. Meanwhile, the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants are priced at Rs 39,999 and Rs 41,999, respectively. The company is also offering a Rs 3,000 instant bank discount via HDFC, Axis, and SBI cards or a Rs 5,000 exchange bonus.
It will be available for purchase through Flipkart, the Vivo India e-store, and select offline retail stores from June 18. The handset comes in Meteor Grey and Phoenix Gold colour options.
Vivo T4 Ultra: Specifications, features
The Vivo T4 Ultra comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It supports HDR10+ and offers a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. Further, the phone is powered by a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage.
In the camera department, the Vivo T4 Ultra comes with a triple rear camera unit, with a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS, an 8MP sensor ultrawide-angle lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with up to 3x optical zoom, up to 10x telephoto macro zoom, and up to 100x digital zoom. At the front, we get a 32MP selfie camera. It houses a 5,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging.
Connectivity options include dual 5G and 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, OTG, GPS with NavIC, a USB Type-C port, and an optical fingerprint scanner
